Fleece wallpaper is available from 50 cm in width, and EasyStick from 49 cm. The minimum height is 60 cm. Large formats of up to 25 m wide and 10 m high are possible if the image resolution is sufficient.

The price is based on the ordered area and the chosen material. Partially used strips are charged at their full strip width. You will see your exact price in the configurator before ordering.

We can cancel your order as long as your photo wallpaper has not yet gone into production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make a change.

Every photo wallpaper is produced specifically for your dimensions and chosen image section. A return of a faultlessly produced made-to-measure item is therefore not provided for. To help you decide with confidence, you can preview the image section and order samples or a test piece first.

If your photo wallpaper has a justified production or product defect, we will take care of it. In most cases, we will reproduce the affected wallpaper free of charge and send you a replacement.

If you have questions before or after your order, you can contact our customer service by email. We usually respond within one working day.

Yes. You can upload your own image and turn it into an individual photo wallpaper made to your dimensions.

You can upload images as JPG, PNG, TIFF or PDF. The file must not exceed 2 GB.

That depends on the desired size of your photo wallpaper. We check your file's resolution automatically and show you the largest format it can be sensibly printed in.

Yes. What matters is not which device took the photo, but whether its resolution is sufficient for your desired wall format. We check this automatically after upload.

Our system shows you which print format is possible with your file. Each image is also checked graphically once more before printing. If anything needs attention, we will contact you.

Yes. In addition to the automatic resolution check, your file is also checked graphically before production. This helps identify potential issues before your photo wallpaper is printed.

Yes. After entering your wall dimensions, you can position and enlarge your image in the configurator. You will see the final print preview before ordering.

Screens display colours differently depending on the device and settings. If a particular colour effect is especially important to you, we recommend ordering a printed test piece of your motif.

Your file is used to process your order and for quality control. After production, we keep it for another four weeks and then delete it.

Please only use images for which you have the necessary usage rights. For images by other photographers, artists or rights holders, you must make sure that you are allowed to use them for this purpose.

It depends on what matters most to you. Fleece Classic is our attractive value-for-money option. EasyStick is self-adhesive and does not require paste. Fleece Premium is stronger and heavier and offers a particularly high-quality material feel.

Both materials are installed by applying paste directly to the wall. Fleece Classic weighs 110 g/m² and is our value-for-money option. Fleece Premium is specified at 155 g/m² and is stronger and heavier.

EasyStick is our self-adhesive option. You do not need wallpaper paste: the wallpaper is applied directly to the prepared wall.

We make installation as easy as possible. The strips arrive cut to size and numbered, together with clear illustrated instructions. For fleece, paste is applied directly to the wall; EasyStick is self-adhesive.

No. With our fleece wallpapers, paste is applied directly to the wall. The strips do not need to be pasted and soaked on a pasting table first.

Yes. Your photo wallpaper is cut to size and the strips are numbered. This makes it easy to see which strip comes next during installation. The strips are installed edge to edge.

That depends on the material you choose. For fleece, you need suitable fleece wallpaper paste. EasyStick does not require paste. The configurator automatically shows you the right accessories.

Yes. You can order our unprinted material samples free of charge. This allows you to compare the surfaces and materials before ordering.

Yes. If you want to check the actual print and colour effect of your motif, you can order a printed test piece.

Yes. If you subsequently order your final photo wallpaper, the value of the test piece, including the shipping costs charged for it, will be credited to you.
